On the back of this we were then asked to negotiate and agree the price for the Amphitheatre works. The appointment followed the Trust’s removal of the previous consultant due to lack of confidence around the feasibility and cost plans

New Swimming Pool

Paul Kinsella undertook the role of Cost advisor/Contractor Administrator on the Swimming Pool refurbishment works at Barr Beacon School. The scheme involved the complete refurbishment comprising specialized underwater tiling works, hygiene cladding, GRP doors, new aluminum windows, floor tiling, deep clean of an existing metal clad roof, decoration, provision of new pool cover and disabled hoist, a refit of 2nr plant rooms, new filtration system and new lighting throughout. .

New Sea Life Centre

DMR were appointed as cost advisors on the construction of a new Sea Life Centre at Chessington Adventure. We have currently undertaken and submitted the feasibility costs for review, it is envisaged that due to the temporary and current nature of the existing building the works will commence 4th quarter of 2020.
